Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Healthy, yummy bars anytime. Mashed bananas, oatmeal, cinnamon, chia seeds, blueberries, milk, bake! Keep in fridge for a quick bite all week. Vegetarian and loaded with fiber and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe bananas

  • 2 cups oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • Agave syrup

  • handful of blueberries

  • 2 cups milk

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.

  3. Mash bananas in the pan. Add oatmeal, Chia seeds, agave drizzle, blueberries, sprinkle cinnamon, and milk.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
