Pumpkin Peach Dump Cake

When end of summer and fall come together for a delicious dessert! More of a dump-n-sprinkle cobbler, this super easy treat is just 3 layers plus some spices. Dump, sprinkle and bake! Top with whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream. Enjoy!

Cook: 55-60 minutes


Ingredients

  • 25 oz jar of peaches

  • Ground ginger

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Ground cardamon

  • 17.5 oz box pumpkin muffin or bread mix

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) cold butter, sliced into thin pieces



Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Dump the jar of peaches into a large (9x13) baking dish. If peach halves, cut into smaller pieces.

  3. Sprinkle ground ginger, cinnamon and cardamon to your taste evenly over peaches.

  4. Sprinkle the pumpkin bread/cake mix evenly over the peaches.

  5. Top with butter slices evenly in the dish.

  6. Bake for 55 minutes. If you see any dry mix, press it down, mixing slightly with a spoon, then bake for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
