Pepper Jelly Brie Bites
A party win every time! Just 4 ingredients, this is a fool-proof appetizer that’s quick and easy to make. I used an orange cardamon pepper jelly that my friend Alexis made, but any flavor will do and it gives it a nice kick. Fresh rosemary balances it out really well.
Time
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 13 minutes
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) tube of crescent dough (refrigerated)
8 oz Brie cheese, chilled and firm
Pepper jelly
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° and grease a muffin tin (mini muffin size if you have it) with cooking spray.
Roll out dough. Using a pizza slicer, cut into 12 squares for regular muffin size, 24 squares for mini muffin size. Place squares into muffin tin slots.
Cut brie into 1/4-1/2” pieces and place onto dough.
Top with a half-teaspoonful of pepper jelly sauce, and one little sprig of rosemary (or wait to add rosemary after it cooks).
Bake for 13 minutes until the crescent pastry is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and use a spatula to remove before it fully cools (so jelly doesn’t dry and stick to the bottoms).
