Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Who said chicken pot pie was hard? This is an easy recipe and always a family pleaser. Use rotisserie chicken and pre-made pie crusts for the fastest prep. Choose any vegetables you like, doesn’t have to be the traditional peas and corn!

Prep: 15 minutes

Cook: 50 minutes



Ingredients

  • 2 pie crusts

  • Rotisserie chicken

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 bag of frozen vegetables

  • Garlic powder

  • Fresh parsley and basil, chopped

  • Salt, fresh ground pepper and cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Lay out pie crust into pie plate.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie plate. Cover with the second pie crust. Cut air vents in top. Egg wash the top crust.

  3. Bake for 50 minutes.
