Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Who said chicken pot pie was hard? This is an easy recipe and always a family pleaser. Use rotisserie chicken and pre-made pie crusts for the fastest prep. Choose any vegetables you like, doesn’t have to be the traditional peas and corn!

Cook: 50 minutes
Ingredients
2 pie crusts
Rotisserie chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag of frozen vegetables
Garlic powder
Fresh parsley and basil, chopped
Salt, fresh ground pepper and cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Lay out pie crust into pie plate.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie plate. Cover with the second pie crust. Cut air vents in top. Egg wash the top crust.
Bake for 50 minutes.
