2-Step Mango Sorbet

A delightful treat on a summer day, and only two steps: add ingredients and blend! I prefer the mango nectar, but try with pineapple juice or other fruit blends.

Time

Prep: 2 minutes

Blend: 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of frozen mango (if fresh, slice and cube and freeze overnight)

  • 1/3 cup mango nectar

  • squeeze of fresh lemon

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Add more mango nectar as needed, but careful not to do too much or it becomes a smoothie.

  2. Blend for several minutes until all mango chunks are puréed. Shake blender as needed after a minute.
